The website is operated by HELIX Quantum Limited, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. These terms apply only to the website. Any investment mandate, product, account, service or business engagement will be governed by separate eligibility checks, disclosures and written agreements.

Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms; continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
